Share Your Story. Because Your Journey Matters
Job searching is an emotional journey, not just a professional one. Share your story of growth, doubt, resilience, and what helped you along the way — because your experience could help someone else feel seen.
Job searching involves more than just applications, interviews, and portfolios; it's an emotional journey filled with uncertainty, small victories, self-doubt, resilience, and growth. In this journey, your stories matter.
This space was inspired by my own experiences navigating the ups and downs of the job hunt as a migrant in tech. I’ve interviewed with people from all over the world — the U.S., UK, Colombia, the Netherlands, Peru, and more.
Each interaction not only shaped how I present myself but also how I understand others. Over time, I learned that while crafting a strong CV is important, it’s equally vital to handle rejection, manage self-doubt, and be kind to myself throughout the process.
That’s why The Resilience Hub exists. It’s a space for you to reflect, process, and be heard.
Whether you’ve landed the job or are still searching, your experiences can be meaningful to someone else. Perhaps it was a conversation that shifted your mindset, a moment of burnout, or a small reminder that you're not alone.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. This is a space for real, honest stories — not just the polished versions.
If you're open to sharing your experience, we’d love to hear it. By telling your story, you might help someone feel a little more seen.
